Role Responsibilities and Expectations

●        Be a sole contributor and Support technical teams, build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external clients.

●        Keeping up to date with the latest Microsoft solutions.

●        Good knowledge on the product capability​ (Sales​ / Marketing​ / Customer service​ / Power platform​)

●        Be able to maintain internal and external relationships with quality communication.

●        Provide high quality customer service.

●        Provide training and support to end users.

●        Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, Web APIs, C programming

●        Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for data visualization and reporting.

●        Design and develop data models in Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

●        Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms.

●        Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.

●        Customize visuals, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate insights and trends.

●        Implement advanced features such as filters, slicers, and drill-down functionalities to enhance user experience.

●        Share best practices, tips, and techniques for Power BI development with internal teams and colleagues.

●        Conduct thorough testing and validation of Power BI solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance.

●        Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies in data visualization and reporting.

●        Implement quality assurance processes and standards to maintain the highest level of quality in deliverables.

●        Maintain Microsoft Certifications.
